If you are interested in publishing your case files here, please send us a message. It doesn't matter whether you are an association, a group, or an individual researcher. Anyone who has collected information on UFO sightings and related phenomena can participate. Below are answers to the most important questions:

I would like to participate, but I can't scan.

We would be happy to digitize your documents. However, please keep in mind that you will need to send the material by mail. It is advisable to send only small portions of your archive at a time, in case something gets lost in the mail.

Can you anonymize the material?

We can process archive material in German and English so that personal data is redacted. This is more difficult with all other languages. If data was collected via questionnaires, you can translate the questionnaire into English or German so that we can see where the personal data is located. In any case, however, we cannot guarantee the correct and complete deletion of the data. You are welcome to check the processed files beforehand.

What does it cost to participate in the project?

There are no costs involved. If you wish, you can make a voluntary donation to support ongoing operations.

Which areas are considered fringe topics?

Alien abductions, angel hair finds, crop circles, animal mutilations, Men in Black cases, USO sightings.

Who decides whether my files are publicly accessible or only after logging in?

You decide!

Who provides the sighting data that is stored in the respective data record (date, location, country, details, etc.)?

It would be helpful if you could provide us with this data. However, we can also extract it from the case files. Please note, however, that this takes time.

How quickly will my material be published?

We work on a FIFO (first in, first out) basis. Therefore, it may take some time for data to be uploaded.
